Yvonne C. Wagner, 96, of many places passed away Sunday, September 15, 2019, at home. She was born and raised in the Central Valley of California. In high school, she met the love of her life- a carpenter, car buff, and aviation lover. In April 1944 she married James Mark Wagner. His Air Force career spanning 26 years took them many places stateside, as well as abroad. As a true officer's wife, she exemplified elegance, class, and style. Her passions included flower gardening, bridge, attending church, and instilling good morals and values in her daughter Lisa, as well as her two grand-children, Mark and Kelsey. She taught Kelsey how to make fudge, and taught Mark the proper way to treat women. She was a very proud, yet private woman. She is preceded in death by her loving, pilot husband James, mother and father Claire & George, and younger brother Clark. Interment to be held at Eagle Point National Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements with Stephens Family Chapel.
