William Allan Simpler

William Allan Simpler, 63 of Glendale passed away January 29, 2012 at Three Rivers Community Hospital in Grants Pass. Graveside Services with military honors will be held Friday, February 3nd 1:00 PM at Glendale Memorial Cemetery. He was born on January 3, 1949 in Los Angeles, California to Paul & Mary Simpler. He served in the United States Army serving in Vietnam. On July 17, 1978 in Las Vegas, he married Doris Louise Essary, who preceded him in death. They moved to Glendale in 1987 from Silverado, California. He was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church and the National Rifle Association. He enjoyed Hunting and fishing. Survivors include his stepson John Lynch of Glendale; stepdaughter Sherrill Doran-Perez of Gresham, OR; 2 grandchildren. In addition to his wife his stepson Doran Christopher Lynch preceded him in death.
