Warren George Humes

Warren George Humes, 90 of Williams passed away, August 12, 2012 at Royale Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center in Grants Pass. No services are planned. He was born on September 3, 1921 in Canadian, Texas to George and Virgie Humes. Warren served in the US Navy in the Asiatic Pacific Theater. A Pearl Harbor Survivor he received a purple heart. Warren was honorable discharged in 1946. On May 29, 1964 in Carmel, California he married Rose Howard who survives. Warren worked most of his life as a Patton Draftsman retiring in 1983. In 1986 they moved to Williams from San Jose, California. In addition to his wife survivors include a brother-in-law Dale Howard of Richland, Washington.
