Virginia V. Noffsinger

Virginia V. Noffsinger, 79 of Grants Pass, went home to be with the Lord on April 15, 2010 at her home, she is basking in the glories of Heaven where she longed to be. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Contributions: Lifechangers, PO Box 98088, Raleigh, NC 97624 Born February 7, 1931 in Tucson, Arizona, she grew up and lived most of her life in Arizona. She moved to Grants Pass in October of 1998. Ms Noffsinger retired in October 1992 after 18 years of service as an Administrative Secretary with the Arizona Department of Transportation. Ms. Noffsinger was a member of River Valley Community Church. Surviving are her daughters, Karen D. Mealey of Camp Verde, Arizona; daughter Kathleen E. Sapinoro of Federal Way, Washington; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren; She was preceded in death by her two sons Geoffrey B. Noffsinger and Brian C. England.
