Virginia Angie Livesay, 96, of Grants Pass passed away Wednesday, December 7, 2011, at Sweet Pea Retirement Living Adult Foster Care home in Grants Pass. Graveside service will be held Tuesday, December 13th 2:00 PM at Hawthorne Memorial Gardens with Pastor Milton Hayes of Missionary Baptist Church officiating. She was born on August 11, 1915 in Bean Station, Tennessee to Ormand and Savanna Tate. She was the oldest of five children 3 brothers and 1 sister. On November 25, 1937 in Mooresburg, Tennessee she married Wiley Livesay who preceded her in death. They moved to Klamath Falls in 1943. While in Klamath Falls they owned and operated a Harley-Davidson motorcycle dealership. In the late 1970s, she and her husband moved to Grants Pass. She was a member of Missionary Baptist Church. She enjoyed sharing her home, helping, others, cooking, motorcycles and motorhome travel. Survivors include her daughter Glenda Hunt of Grants Pass; grandson Scott Hudson and great granddaughter Krista Hudson of Grants Pass. Her husband and siblings all preceded her in death.
