Todd Baxter

Todd J. Baxter, 53 of Grants Pass passed away Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center in Medford, Oregon A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, February 1, 2014, 2:00pm at Stephens Family Chapel in Grants Pass Oregon. Todd was born on November 25, 1960 in Toledo, Ohio to Jere and Rosalee Baxter. On June 1, 1984 he married Jennifer Barham in Texas. They moved from California to Southern Oregon in 2005. He owned and operated Baxter Flooring from 2005 - 2014. He enjoyed fishing, camping, outdoors, horseshoes, pool, waterskiing and was an Oakland Raider fan. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his two daughters, Katie Bacon of Oakley, California and Alisha Baxter of Grants Pass, Oregon; father, Jere Baxter of Hawaii; brothers, Dave Baxter of Camano Island, Washington and Kim Baxter of Antioch, California; sister, Brenda Kauten of California and two grandchildren.
