Thomas Dee Chapman

Thomas D. Chapman, 77, of Grants Pass passed away May 2, 2011, at his home in Grants Pass. No services are planned He was born on August 13, 1933 in Sheridan, Wyoming to Harry and Neva Chapman. He worked for over 40 years as a long haul truck driver traveling over 4 million miles with out an accident. On March 19, 1977 in Colorado he married Beverly Ellen Tice who survives. Together they moved to Grants Pass from Colorado Springs in November of 2011. Thomas worked for Showtime Family Lanes in Grants Pass for a number of years. He enjoyed bowling, traveling, reading, shooting pool and car racing. In addition to his wife survivors include daughter Kathleen Wilkinson of Grand Junction, CO, son Thomas Chapman JR of Gillett, WY, daughter Kelly Chapman of Oklahoma; step-son Michael Chapman of Wheat Ridge, CO, step-daughter Jamie Stone-Moreno of Grants Pass. Three Grandchildren, 5 step-grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 5 step-great grandchildren. Michael Chapman, son preceded him in death.
