Steven Kelley Saville, 61, of Glendale died Sunday, Oct. 26, 2008, at his sister's home in Grants Pass. No services will be held. He was born March 24, 1947, in Alhambra, Calif., to Vaughn and Mildred Saville. He lived most of his life in Temple City, Calif., where he attended school. During the Vietnam War, he served in the Army and was stationed in Korea. For 27 years, he worked at the Los Angeles Times in the mail department. After moving to Glendale in 2000, he was self-employed. He never married. He was a member of the EDGE & TA Branch 9 Tractor Club in Pottsville. He rode his high-wheel antique bicycle in parades across the country, including the Disneyland parade. He enjoyed radio-controlled planes, cars and boats, dune buggies, camping, boating, fishing, old cars, tractors and antique bicycles. He also enjoyed swap meets, collecting things, his miniature horse and his dog. Survivors include three sisters, Vaunell Temple of Sisters, Carolene Saville of Tigard, and Tiffanie Steinhart of Grants Pass.
