Scott Mason

Charles "Scott" Mason, 58 of Grants Pass, Oregon formerly of Lubbock, Texas died April 9, 2010 at Royale Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center following an extended illness Private Interment was held Saturday, April 10th at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Grants Pass. He was born in Nashville, Arkansas to John and Retha Mason. He graduated from Coronado High School in Lubbock in 1970 and attended Texas Tech University. He was a certified hypnotherapist and owned and operated Hypnotherapeutic Services in Lubbock. He moved to Grants Pass in 2007. He enjoyed politics and debate. He corresponded with friends around the world via the internet. Survivors include his mother Retha, brother John Mason, sister in law Martha Mason, his sister Melody Reed and brother in law Craig Reed. Additionally he was survived by nieces Amy Swartz, Laura Mason, and Sarah Sanders and by nephews John E. Mason, Preston Patterson and Marshall Patterson.
