Rose Mae Medart

Rose Mae Medart, 99, of Grants Pass, Oregon, passed away on Monday May 24th, 2021 at Asante Three Rivers Medical Center.

Rose was born in Donna, Texas to Gene and Luella Richardson on February 5th, 1922. IN 1942 on March 29th, she married Otis Vernon Medart in Grants Pass, Oregon and together they raised on son Otis Leon Medart. Rose attended Savage St. Church of Christ. Besides her faith and family, she loved her yard and flowers.

She is survived by her son Otis Leon (Norma). Grandchildren Laura Jo (Rob) of Beaverton, Oregon; Leon Vernon (Sheila), Mark Allen (Katie) both of Grants Pass, Oregon; Matthew James (Kaitlin) of Roseburg, Oregon; six great grandchildren; two great, great grandchildren; and sister Betty Lowe of Grants Pass, Oregon.

Rose as preceded in death by her husband, Otis Vernon Medart; parents Gene and Luella Richardson, brothers Earl and Leonard Richardson; and sister Helen Lehman.

Rose will be laid to rest at Hillcrest Memorial Park following her funeral service held at Stephens Family Chapel on June 2nd, 2021 at 10:00am.
