Robert J. Baughman, 63 of Grants Pass passed away Thursday, June 28, 2007 at his home in Grants Pass. A celebration of his life will be held on Monday, July 2, 2007 at 2:00 PM, Calvary Chapel in Grants Pass. A second service will be held on Thursday, July 5, 2007 at 2:00 PM, Evergreen Christian Center in Hillsboro, Oregon. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to: American Cancer Society P.O. Box 22718 Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718 Lovejoy Hospice 939 SE 8th Street Grants Pass, Oregon 97526 Robert was born on March 16, 1944 in Hillsboro, Oregon to Harlan and Virginia Baughman. He served in the US Navy from September 24, 1962 until his honorable discharge on April 16, 1966. Robert worked for 25 years at Techtronics in Beaverton, Oregon. He then worked for AAA Heating and Cooling as an HVAC designer until his retirement. Robert married Barbara Lynne on October 31, 1983 in Portland, Oregon. He was a member of Evergreen Christian Center in Hillsboro, Oregon. Robert & Barbara moved to Grants Pass in 2004. He was a member of Calvary Chapel in Grants Pass. Robert enjoyed rafting, woodworking, woodcarving and spending time with his grandchildren. Survivors Include his wife Barbara Baughman of Grants Pass; Son, Jamie Baughman of Forest Grove, OR; Daughter, TaLanda Stockwell of Vernonia, OR; Son, Aaron Baughman of Grants Pass, OR; Daughter, Samantha Inman of Forest Grove, OR; Granddaughter, Taylor Baughman of Grants Pass; Step-son; David Brown of Portland, OR; Step-son, Gary Brown of North Carolina; Step-son, Daniel Brown of Cornelius, OR; 8 Grandchildren.
