Richele Marie Goff, 47, of Grants Pass, OR, passed away on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at her home.
Richele was born in Salinas, CA to Ronald and Richia Loeser. She grew up in Salinas until the summer of 1986, at the age of 13, the family moved to Grants Pass, OR. In 1992 Richele graduated from Hidden Valley High School. She married and moved to Oklahoma where she had two daughters, Aliena and Jennifer. In 2003 she moved back to OR and had her son, Andrew. Richele volunteered with Special Olympics and was her son’s biggest fan during competitions.
Richele endured many hardships in her lifetime. Nonetheless, she was a compassionate person who persevered with feistiness and humor. In her words, she was a “tough old bird”. She was 47 but she earned that title. Richele recently reunited with her daughters, and it brought great joy that she was able to be there when Andrew met them for the first time. She will be watching all three children from above as they get to know each other and continue to grow as the amazing and wonderful people they are.
In addition to her children, she is survived by five siblings: Susan Griess, Robert Loeser, Rebecca Bennett, Ronalynne Rockwell, and Teresa Mattingly. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ronald and Richia Loeser.
A Celebration of Richele’s life will be held on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at 10:00 am at Stephens Family Chapel in Grants Pass, OR. Masks will be required.
