Peggy Ruth McLean

Peggy Ruth McLean, 60, of Grants Pass died Saturday, June 26, 2010, at Fair View Transitional Health and Rehabilitation Center. A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, July 3, 2010, 10:00 AM at River Valley Community Church with Pastor Ken Bern officiating. She was born Peggy Ruth Vessey on January 3, 1950 in Medford, Oregon to Harold and Ruth Vessey. She graduated High School from North Eugene High in 1968. On May 16, 1970 in Medford, Oregon she married David McLean. Peggy worked for the Grants Pass Wal-Mart for 13 years until she started providing child care from her home. Peggy loved walking, knitting, camping, traveling and spending time with her family. In addition to her husband survivors include daughter, Kathy Wojcik of Texas; three sons, Christopher McLean of Sacramento, CA, Jeffrey McLean and Craig McLean both of Grants Pass; sister, Cheryl Morrisey of St. Helens, OR; ten grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers.
