Patrick Charles Riley

Patrick Charles Riley, 55, of Grants Pass, OR, passed away June 12, 2021,

at his home, surrounded by his family and friends.

He was born to Charles and Carol Riley in Oregon City, OR, on January 3, 1966.

He grew up in West Linn, OR, and graduated from West Linn High School.

He loved sports and was competitive by nature.

His all-time favorite teams included Notre Dame, the Red Sox, and the Seattle Seahawks.

Patrick worked in Dutch Harbor, AK, for many years, living on a commercial fishing boat.

He also worked in construction in Portland, OR.

He spent many years as a bachelor until he met Cindy Smithson.

They married in 2019, shortly before he became ill.

He became Papa Patrick to Reid, Cascade, Easton, and Avery.

Survivors include his wife, Cindy; step-sons, Jacob, Nathan, Troy, and Zach;

sister, Kimberly; and many other wonderful family and friends.

He will be missed by all.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles Riley (2019) and Carol Riley (1996).
