Norman Francis Pierce

Norman F. Pierce, 71 of Grants Pass, passed away Wednesday, February 28, 2007 at his home in Grants Pass. Services will be held at a later date. Norman was born on January 7, 1936 in Chicago, Illinois to Lynn and Gertrude Pierce. In July of 1960 he married Diana Hadac in Chicago, Illinois, she preceded him in death August, 1994. Norman moved to Grants Pass from Salmon Idaho in 1999. He enjoyed writing, reading, studying American History and spending time with his family and friends.. Survivors Include: 2 Sons, Marc Pierce of Baker City, Oregon and Kirk Pierce of Belmont, California; 2 Brothers, Bill Pierce of Blue Springs, Missouri and Lynn Pierce of Discovery Bay, California; Mother, Gertrude Pierce of Sedalia, Missouri; 3 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren. Preceded in death by 3 brothers
