Mary C. Strawbridge

Mary C. Strawbridge, 71, of Grants Pass died Nov. 11, 2009, at Three Rivers Community Hospital. A celebration of her life will be held Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m. at First Christian Church. Strawbridge was born June 27, 1938, in Erie, Pa. She graduated from Titusville High School in Titusville, Pa. In 1977, she moved her family to Grants Pass, where she went to work at the former Josephine Memorial Hospital. She continued working for Asante until she died. She enjoyed reading, movies, gardening, cooking, music and spending time with her family and pets. Survivors include two sons, Shawn Strawbridge of Grants Pass and Joseph Strawbridge. A son, Richard Strawbridge, died in 1997.
