Mary Alice Leuppie

Mary Alice Leuppie, 98, of Grants Pass passed away March 11, 2011 at her daughter's residence in Grants Pass. Services will be held at a later date in Buffalo, New York She was born on February 23, 1913 in Pueblo, Colorado to Walter and Jennie Rogers. At an early age her family moved to Buffalo, New York. On June 19, 1934 in Buffalo, New York she married Ethelbert Walter Leuppie he preceded her in death in 1992. In January of 2008 she moved to live with her daughter in Grants Pass. She loved reading the Bible, wildlife, needlework, dancing and big band music. She was a member of a chapter of the New York Home Bureau. While living her in Grants Pass she attended Calvary Crossroads Church. Survivors include her daughter, Margaret "Maggie" Pulaski of Grants Pass; 8 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren. In addition to her husband her son Ethelbert Walter Leuppie III preceded her in death in 2007
