Mary Ann Kochis

Mary Ann Kochis, 88 of Grants Pass passed away Saturday, March 31, 2007 at Royale Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center, Grants Pass Oregon. Memorial Services will be held Saturday, April 14, 2007, 11:00 AM at Stephens Family Chapel with Father Moys of St. Anne̢۪s Catholic Church officiating. Private Interment will be held a Hillcrest Memorial Park in Grants Pass. Mary was born on July 23, 1918 in Gary, Indiana to John and Frances Milevsky. On August 2, 1944 she married John E. Kochis in Gary, Indiana; he preceded her in death on September 22, 1973. In 1973 they moved from Gary to Santa Cruz, California were she lived until 1983 when she moved to Grants Pass. Mary was members of St. Anne̢۪s Catholic Church in Grants Pass were she enjoyed attending for many years. She also enjoyed reading and playing Bingo. Survivors include her daughter Jan Larsen, two sons John and Tom Kochis all of Grants Pass; Niece Mary Cashmere of Central Point; 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Mary is preceded in death by her husband John Kochis and 3 brothers, Bill, Johnny and Tony.
