Mary Jane Rose

Mary Jane Rose, 83, passed away Friday, April 9, 2021, peacefully in her home.

Mary Jane was born August 13, 1937, in Buffalo, NY. Daughter of Italian immigrants, Mary Jane wore her Italian heritage as a badge of honor. She moved with her parents to San Diego, CA, where she later met the love of her life, Glenn Rose, and raised 2 children, Kimberly and Brian. The family moved to Grants Pass in 1972, where she eventually became an employee of Three Rivers School District, serving at Madrona and Jerome Prairie for 25 years.

Mary Jane was the happiest when surrounded by family and friends. She enjoyed her home and yard, especially during the Spring when the flowers began to bloom and the birds returned to her many birdhouses. Her family and friends will fondly remember the many English Setters that she adopted and spoiled rotten. Oh, to be Mary Jane's dog!

At the time of her passing, Mary Jane was survived by her daughter, Kimberly Roeser; son, Brian Rose; grandchildren, Cessilee, Glenn, Thomas, Emma, and Anthony; and great-grandchildren, Benson and Gavin.

Mary Jane will rejoin Glenn at Eagle Point National Cemetery, where the family will conduct a private service.
A celebration of life for all family and friends will be held on Saturday, April 17th, 2021, from 11AM - 2PM at her home.
