Mary Ellen Craig

Mary Ellen Craig, 89, of Grants Pass died July 25, 2014 at Emeritus at Spring Village. Arrangements by Stephens Family Chapel, Grants Pass, Oregon. Mary Craig was born September 11, 1924 in Caruthers, California. She grew up in California and later moved to Oregon. She enjoyed working in her flower gardens, canning, sewing, crafts, volunteer work, visiting the coast and word search puzzles. She especially enjoyed visiting with family and friends. Mary Craig is preceded in death by two husbands; Joe Short and Earl Craig and her three brothers and four sisters. Survivors include one son, Windell Wally Short of Eureka, CA; two daughters, Marlene "Marty" Fox of Red Bluff, CA and Geneatha Munyon of Grants Pass, OR; nine grandchildren, several great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
