Mabel Geraldine Arnold, 95 of Grants Pass died Wednesday, February 14, 2007 at Highland House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Grants Pass. A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, March 3, 2007 at Stephens Family Chapel in Grants Pass. On October 28, 1930 in Flaxville, Montana she married Bill Arnold who preceded her in death in January of 2001. In 1960 they moved to Grants Pass from Santa Monica, California. Mabel enjoyed cooking & baking, music, reading and crossword puzzles. Survivors Include: 3 Sons, Duane Arnold of Grants Pass; Keith Arnold of Santa Cruz, CA, and William Arnold of San Jose, CA; 3 Daughters, Verlie January, Sallyann Pena, and Denise Hillstad all of Grants Pass; 16 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren. In addition to her husband she is preceded in death by two children, 1 grandchild, 2 great grandchildren and 8 brothers and sisters.
