Lillie Marie Thompson

Lillie Marie Thompson, 84, of Grants Pass died Saturday, Sept. 13, 2008, at Highland House Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Services will be held at a later date. Thompson was born Aug. 21, 1924, in Moran, Texas, to Elmer and Ethel Clanton. On April 10, 1941, in New Mexico, she married William "Willie" Thompson, who survives. They moved to Grants Pass in 1971 from New Mexico. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Grants Pass. In addition to her husband, survivors include two sons, George Thompson of New Mexico, and Danny Thompson of Grants Pass; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
