Arrangements by Stephens Family Chapel, Grants Pass, Oregon. Lillian Bernice (Petey) Howe born October 25, 1914 in a small town of Spalding, Idaho to George and Charity Westover. She was the youngest if 5 brothers and 2 sisters who all passed before her. She loved gardening, growing beautiful flowers and cooking. She grew up in Bellingham, Washington and later in 1934 she married Glen Howe who preceded her in death. They had two daughters, Shirley Kassas of Seattle, Washington and Jeanine Sommie of Gold Hill, Oregon. The family lived in Bellingham, Washington during the World War II years then moved to Wenatchee, Washington. In later years they moved to Palm Springs and then in 1970 moved to Gold Hill, Oregon. She had 5 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
