Laura A. Reed

Laura A. Reed, 87 of Grants Pass died Friday, February 16, 2007 at Three Rivers Community Hospital in Grants Pass. A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, February 24, 2007 at Stephens Family Chapel in Grants Pass with Pastor Ken Bern Officiating. Laura was born on November 11, 1919 to Lenus and Georgia Statler in Oakland, California. She worked as a real estate agent for over 30 years. Laura lived most of her life in California. In 1998 she moved to Southern Oregon from Idaho. Laura was a member of the Rogue River Garden Club, Civic Club and the Three Rivers Community Hospital Auxiliary. Laura enjoyed reading, painting, gardening and spending time with her family. Survivors Include: 5 Daughters, Linda Erickson of Lemon Grove, CA; Barbara Reed of Grants Pass; Susan Reed of Willits, CA; Nancy Martin of Grants Pass and Julie Stock of McCall, Idaho. 13 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her brother. Pass.
