Kenneth Edward "Ken" Wozniak

Kenneth Edward Wozniak, 72 of Grants Pass passed away from lung cancer on Wednesday, October 23, 2013, at his residence in Grants Pass. Celebration of life will be held Thursday, October 31st 5:00 PM at Sunnyvale Moose Lodge. 905 Kifer Road, Sunnyvale, CA. 94086. Graveside service will be held Thursday, November 7th 11:00 AM at Eagle Point National Cemetery. 2763 Riley Road, Eagle Point, OR. 97524. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Lovejoy Hospice 939 SE 8th St, Grants Pass, OR 97526. Kenneth was born on November 14, 1940 in Detroit, Michigan to Ted & Dorothy Wozniak. He was a member of the Moose Family Fraternity, Elks, Eagles, American Legion & Veterans of Foreign Wars. Survivors include his life partner, Colleen Ayers of Grants Pass, OR; father Ted Wozniak of California; step-mother Donna Wozniak of California; three brothers, Richard Wozniak of Michigan, Dave Wozniak of California and Greg Wozniak of California; a sister, Chris Wozniak of California; a son, Kent Wozniak of California and a daughter; Kathy Welch of California; four grandchildren and one great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Wozniak, and sister Christine Dybas.
