Kenneth R. McClintock, 75, of Grants Pass died Sunday, March 9, 2014 at home. A private family memorial will be held in April. For online condolences and tributes please visit stephensfc.com. Arrangements by Stephens Family Chapel, Grants Pass, Oregon. He was born November 17, 1938 in Los Angeles, California to Roy and Juanita (Bowen) McClintock. Ken served in the U.S. Navy and Naval Reserves between 1956 and 1973 for a total of 10 years. On October 10, 1960, he married Leona Forney. They moved to Grants Pass in 1964 where Ken later worked for the Post Office for 31 years. He enjoyed playing music and with his wife, started a band called, "The Country Rogues" playing all over the Rogue Valley from 1973 to 1984. In addition to his wife of 53 years, survivors include two sons, Ken McClintock Jr. of Oregon and Rodger McClintock of Illinois; a daughter, Rashell McClintock of Grants Pass, Oregon, two sisters, Norma Hatton of Burbank, California, and Romala Fuller of Roseburg, Oregon; ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
