Kenneth James Clarke

Kenneth James Clarke, 59, of O'Brien died Saturday, March 27, 2010, at his home. No services are planned at this time. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Josephine County Search and Rescue, P.O. Box 814, Grants Pass, OR 97528. He was born June 1, 1950, in Oakland, Calif., to James and Edith Clarke. In 1970, he moved to Oregon from Hayward, Calif. He worked as a logger for 20 years and as a school bus driver for 16 years. He was a member of Josephine County SAR and he enjoyed fishing, hunting and taking care of Clarkes Crystal Springs Ranch in O'Brien. Survivors include a daughter, Megan Clarke of O'Brien; a son, Justin Aguilar of Yerington, Nev.; a sister, Judy Engstrom of Grants Pass; a brother, Stephen Clarke of Dayton, Ohio; and five grandchildren.
