Juanita Ella (Shook) Bornholdt, 91 of Grants Pass died Tuesday, March 20, 2007 at her residence in Grants Pass. Memorial Services: Wednesday, March 28, 2007 at 7:00 PM, at the Salvation Army Church. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Salvation Army Church: P.O. Box 1065, Grants Pass, Oregon 97528 Juanita was born on August 14, 1915 in Cement, Oklahoma to Edward & Cora Shook. Juanita was married to Marvin Henry Bornholdt who preceded her in death in 1997 Survivors Include two daughters, Janet (Bornholdt) Goodell of Grants Pass, and Joyce (Bornholdt) Martin of Hemet, California; Son, Roy Bornholdt of Grants Pass; 14 Grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by all six of her brothers & sisters.
