Joan Frances Noah

Joan Francis Noah, 79, passed away on Friday, September 16, 2022 at Asante Three Rivers Medical Center. 

Joan was born in Lakeview, OR to Curtis and Ruth Brady and grew up in Bly, OR where she graduated from High School. She later lived in several other places in Oregon, including Grants Pass. She then lived in Reno, NV for over 20 years before moving back to Grants Pass after retirement. 

Joan has worked as a bartender, waitress, and gaming machine assembler and was a member of multiple art and crafts groups throughout the years. She was a crafter that enjoyed sewing, painting, reading, art, crochet, embroidery, cross-stitch and even participated and won in various arts and crafts areas at the county fair. In addition to crafting she collected mini spoons from around the world and loved to travel. She loved lighthouses, hot air balloons, baseball, the Oregon Coast, haunted houses, musicals, big band music, and was a huge Elvis Presley fan. 

She is survived by her two sons, David and James; and her four grandsons, Nick, Matthew, Darin, and Jonathan. 

She is preceded in death by her sister Catherine, and her brother John.
