Jewell Ann Spitzer

Jewell A Spitzer was born on Oct. 14, 1940 in Rupert, Idaho. She passed away in her Home on the 22nd of this month where she resided with her husband for the past 34 years.

Upon retiring from an Electronic Co in California she moved with her husband Ed Spitzer - who retired at the same time from the US Geological Survey of Menlo Park, CA to Rogue River, OR.

Jewell was a very active person with a variety of interests. Jewell was a devoted Mother and housewife raising 3 children, She was an avid baker, gardener and lover of flowers, raising Koi fish in her ponds, a member of the Siskiyou Koi club where she served on the board of directors, and for 30 years Jewell served also as Secretary for the Divine Word Foundation, a translating Organization of the Great Austrian Mystic Jacob Lorber.

Her talents and dedication to family and friends will be missed immensely. May the Lord Jesus bless her journey into great Fathers house!
