Jerry Dean Ragsdale

Jerry Dean Ragsdale, 78 of Rogue River, Oregon passed away on Tuesday, February 4, 2014, at Asante Three Rivers Medical Center in Grants Pass. Celebration of life will be held Saturday, February 15th 11:00 AM at Grace Baptist Church in Rogue River. Jerry was born on November 3, 1935 in Aurora, Missouri to Clyde & Helen Ragsdale. He served in the navy and moved to Oregon in 2004 from Missouri. Jerry enjoyed fishing, canning jellies, growing his own garden, and managing baseball teams. He was self-employed and operated a window and glass company. He was an active member of Grace Baptist Church and volunteered at Asante Three Rivers Medical Center in his free time. Survivors include his wife, Terry Ragsdale of Rogue River, Oregon; sons, James Ragsdale of Rogue River, Oregon, Robert Ragsdale of Chino Hills, California, Richard Ragsdale of Branson, Missouri; and daughter, Carol Ragsdale of Rich Hill, Missouri, 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his 2 sisters.
