Jeanette Sadie Preyer

Jeanette Sadie Preyer, 81, of Gold Hill died Thursday, November 6, 2008 at Three Rivers Community Hospital. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, November 8th, 2:00 PM at the Grants Pass Seventh-day Adventist Church with Pastor Marvin Clark officiating. She married Bruce Edward Preyer on August 13, 1950 in Paradise, California. Jeanette received an Associate Arts Degree in Early Child Development. She worked for many years as a floral designer in a retail floral shop. Jeanette and Bruce moved to Gold Hill in September of 2003 from Orleans, California. She was a member of the Grants Pass, Seventh-day Adventist Church. She loved music, spending time with her children and grandchildren, knitting, sewing, pie making and floral design. In addition to her husband survivors include three children and their spouses; eight grandchildren and twenty-one great grandchildren; two sisters, Barbara Brooks of Hanford, CA and Ammie McHenry of Spokane, WA
