James Paul Patrick Duffy

James Paul Duffy 83, of Grants Pass died on May 7, 2011 peacefully at his home. Duffy was born on July 16, 1927 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He joined the U.S. Navy and served his country in WW II and was honorably discharged. He retired after working for the Marriott Corporation in Napa, California. There will be private family services held in California. His beloved Millie (wife) predeceased him in 2010. Survivors include four daughters; Sarah Calderon, El Cerrito, Ca; Olinda Christie, Napa, Ca; Maria Becket and Margaret Varner of Grants Pass, Or; granddaughter Stephanie Varner, of Grants Pass; and several other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
