Irvin M. Arbuckle, 75, of Grants Pass died Jan. 29, 2010, at his home. No services are planned at this time. He was born Irvin Max Arbuckle on Aug. 8, 1934, in Mack, Colo., to Howard and Inez Arbuckle. In 1953, he graduated from Cle Elum High School. On Dec. 17, 1955, in Yuma, Ariz., he married Nance Ann Davis, who survives. He served in the Navy for 20 years before retiring on June 1, 1973. He then worked in law enforcement for 15 years in Washington state. In June 2009, he and his wife moved to Grants Pass from Boise, Idaho. He enjoyed fishing. In addition to his wife, survivors include three sons, Christopher Arbuckle of Grants Pass, Brian Arbuckle of Nampa, Idaho, and Guy Arbuckle of Boise, Idaho; his mother, Inez Arbuckle of Roslyn, Wash.; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
