Hulda May Myers

Hulda May Myers, 81, of Grants Pass passed away May 25, 2012 at Three Rivers Community Hospital. Celebration of her life will be held Saturday, June 2nd 10:00AM at Grants Pass Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Milton Hayes officiating. She was born on August 17, 1930 in Wisconsin to Otto and Hazel Drehmel. She moved to Grants Pass from Trona, California. She was a member of the Grants Pass Missionary Baptist Church. Hulda enjoyed handy work like knitting, and crocheting, going to church and spending quality time with her family. Survivors include 5 children, Harley Mitchell, Timmy Mitchell, Dorothy Mathus, Betty, Betty Parenteau and Meryl Henderson all of Grants Pass; Step-sons Bill Myers of Rio Vista, CA and Tom Myers of Springfield, OR; sister Irene Shelton of Crescent City, CA; 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Her sister Florence Drehmel and her companion of 30 years Jack Hiner preceded her.
