Howard John Ramsey, 70 of Glendale, Oregon passed away Friday, December 20, 2013 at Asante Three Rivers Medical Center in Grants Pass. No services are planned. Howard was born on July 12, 1943 in San Bernardino, California to Howard and Mary Ramsey. He completed his GED in San Diego, California and married June Ramsey in March 1967. He was a mason in San Jacinto, California and a carpenter out of the local union in San Diego for over 40 years. In 1993, he moved from Hemet, California to Oregon. Howard volunteered with the Glendale rural fire department and after he retired, he started his own key business. Survivors include his wife, June Ramsey of Glendale, Oregon; sons, Gary Teller of Grants Pass, Oregon, John Teller of Hemet, California, and Leroy Teller of Azalea, Oregon; a daughter, Vicki Durrell of Alpine, California; 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his father, Howard Ramsey; mother, Mary Taylor; and granddaughter Melinda Parkhurst.
