No services are planned He was born on November 24, 1948 in Houlton, Main to Hollis and Darlene Hallett. He served in the United States Navy. Survivors include his wife Peggy Hallett of Grants Pass; father Hollis Hallett Sr. of Main; five children; five brothers; eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
