Elliott Morrow

Elliott Luke Morrow, 37, of Grants Pass, Oregon, died at his home on October 14, 2015. He was born in Tifton, Georgia, the son of David T. Morrow of Plattsburgh, and Lucy and Kevin J. Carroll, of New London, New Hampshire. Luke graduated from Plattsburgh High School, Plattsburgh State University, and Oregon Institute of Technology. He is survived by his parents and a brother, Simeon Paul Morrow of Sunapee, New Hampshire. His grandparents, William and Eleanor Morrow and Walter and Lucy Chinn, and an aunt, Elizabeth Chinn Rossi, predeceased him. Burial will be at Yeocomico Episcopal Church in Hague, Virginia at the convenience of the family.
