Eddie Alvarado

Heriberto "Eddie" Alvarado, 48, of Grants Pass died Nov. 26, 2007, in Grants Pass. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on Savage Street. Contributions may be made to the Heriberto Alvarado Memorial Fund at any branch of Washington Mutual Bank in Grants Pass. He was born Nov. 16, 1959, in El Paso, Texas, to Rodolfo and Julia Alvarado. On July 24, 1982, in California, he married Martha Lopez, who survives. They moved to Grants Pass in 2002 from Fontana, Calif. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and helping out in the community. In addition to his wife, survivors include three daughters, Martha Miller, Francisca Lindsay and Veda Alvarado, all of Grants Pass; and six grandchildren.
