Dennis Jay Armstrong

Dennis Jay Armstrong, 53, of Grants Pass died March 21, 2010, at his home. No services are planned at this time. He was born May 30, 1956, in Bronx, N.Y., to John and Jeanette Armstrong. In 1974, he graduated from Lakewood High School in Lakewood, Calif. In the mid-1990s, he moved to Grants Pass from Rialto, Calif. For 12 years, he worked at Diversified Collection Services in Grants Pass. He enjoyed spending time with his family and helping others. Survivors include a son, Trevor Armstrong of Grants Pass; a stepson, Alex Schaap of Grants Pass; and two brothers, Kenneth Armstrong of Grants Pass, and Gerry Armstrong of Yucaipa, Calif.; and his former wife, Diana Mortenson of Grants Pass.
