Debra M. Foster

Debra M. Foster, 54, of Grants Pass died Feb. 12, 2010, at Royale Gardens Health and Rehabilitation Center. Services have been held. She was born Debra Marie Geiske on April 8, 1955, in Oceanside, Calif., to Henry and Evelyn Geiske. Her family moved to Grants Pass in 1960. She graduated from Grants Pass High School in 1973 and attended Rogue Community College. On Oct. 16, 1988, in Grants Pass, she married Robert Paul Foster Jr., who survives. She worked at Rogue Valley Medical Center in Medford before she married. She was a member of the Salvation Army Church and enjoyed sewing, cooking and helping people. In addition to her husband, survivors include three children, Alicia Geiske and Kathleen and Rachealee Foster, all of Grants Pass; her father, Henry Geiske of Grants Pass; her mother, Evelyn Smith of Central Point; and four grandchildren. A son, Westlee A. Foster, died in 1989.
