David R. C. Frantz

David R. C. Frantz, 38 of Gold Hill passed from this life Wednesday February 25, 2009 in Grants Pass. A memorial service was held Monday March 2nd at Grace Baptist Church in Rogue River. David and his twin sister Amy were born September 5, 1970 to Raymond and Bernice Frantz in Grants Pass Oregon. David graduated from Rogue River High School in 1988 and worked & lived in the Rogue Valley all his life. David enjoyed hunting, fishing, working with his hands, playing card or dice games, was a voracious reader of western novels, and had a great story or joke for anyone who would listen. David loved spending his time with his family and friends. David is survived by his sisters, Amy Frantz of Rogue River, Kelly Carver of Albuquerque, New Mexico; his dear nephews: Spencer Frantz, Campbellville, Kentucky; Carson Frantz, Salem, Oregon; Chrystian Frantz-Johnson, Rogue River; his beloved niece, Kenya Frantz-Johnson, Rogue River; and his friend & partner, Dayna Phillips, Gold Hill, Oregon. David was preceded in death by his mother, father and sister Suzan Frantz.
