Dale Richard Hall, 78, of Grants Pass died March 18, 2008, at his home. A celebration of his life will be held at 11 a.m. April 5 at the Grants Pass Masonic Lodge. Contributions may be made to the Rogue Valley Kennel Club, P.O. Box 2018, Grants Pass, OR 97528. He was born Aug. 26, 1929, in Coburg to Howard and Cora Hall. On Aug. 31, 1962, in Springfield, he married Marguerite Percell, who survives. They moved to Grants Pass in 1964 from Ashland. He worked for Pacific Power and Light for 29 years before retiring in 1992. He was a member of the Grants Pass Masonic Lodge, the Elks Lodge, the Shriners, York Right and the Rogue Valley Kennel Club. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, hunting, crabbing and riding his all-terrain vehicle. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. In addition to his wife, survivors include three sons, Dale Hall Jr. of Springfield, Terry Hall of Eugene, and David Hall of Shady Cove; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A daughter, Sheryl Hall, died before him.
