Clarence Gerald Hamm

Clarence Gerald Hamm, 78, of Grants Pass passed away Friday, February 13, 2009 at his home Military Services will be held on Thursday, February 19, 2009 at 2:00 PM Eagle Point National Cemetery. Clarence was born on June 15, 1930 in Sheridan, Wyoming to Clarence R. and Helen Hamm. He served in the US Navy from October 27, 1947 until his retirement on August 18, 1975. Clarence married Mary Jo Jenkins on June 4, 1955 in Yuma, Arizona. Together they moved to Grants Pass in 1975. Clarence enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with his family. In addition to his wife Mary Jo he is survived by two daughters, Mary Flohr of Grants Pass, Alice Carter of Mokelumne, CA; two sons, Clarence M. Hamm of Grants Pass and Gerald Hamm of Brookings, Oregon; nine grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
