Carol J. Cathey

Carol J. Cathey, 74 of Grants Pass passed away Thursday, August 30, 2007 at Three Rivers Community Hospital in Grants Pass. Carol graduated from Del Norte High School in 1951 and she attended Santa Rosa Junior College. She married Raymond Cathey on June 28, 1953 in Crescent City. She was a member of the Methodist Church in Crescent City. In December of 2000 they moved to Grants Pass from Healdsburg, CA. She was a member of the Grants Pass Emblem Club and the Wagner Meadows Lunch Bunch. She enjoyed taking Gambling trips to Seven Feathers and Laughlin, Nevada. Carol loved telling stories and spending time with friends and family. Survivors include her husband Raymond Cathey of Grants Pass; Son, Michael Cathey of Grants Pass; Daughter Alison Cathey (Pigoni) of Grants Pass; Brother Leonard Nielsen of Crescent City, CA and Numerous Nieces and Nephews.
