Burl Dean Foster

Burl Dean Foster, 86 of Grants Pass passed away January 20, 2012 at his home in Grants Pass. No services are planned He was born on January 13, 1926 in Topeka, Kansas to Galen and Ruth Foster. Burl served in the United States Navy during WWII. Burl worked most of his life in Retail Sales. He moved to Grants Pass from Canoga Park, California in 1989. He enjoyed fishing, sports, golf, gambling, and square dancing. He was a member of the Elks and First Lutheran Church, Northridge, California. Survivors include his daughter Darlene Richert of Seattle, WA; son Ronald Foster of Oxnard, CA; 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. His first wife Fern Foster; second wife Agnes Foster, parents, one sister and one brother preceded him in death.
