Burcis Eugene Henderson

Burcis Eugene Henderson, 87 of Grants Pass, Oregon passed away on Friday, February 14, 2014 at his residence in Grants Pass. Arrangements by Stephens Family Chapel, Grants Pass, Oregon. Burcis was born on April 7, 1926 in Blencoe, Iowa to Vardie and Clara Henderson. In 2003, he moved from Crescent City, California to Oregon with his wife, Barbara. He retired after working for PG&E in California for 35 years. Burcis enjoyed hunting and fishing and he also volunteered for the Masons and the Shriners. He was a Methodist and proudly served in the United States Air Force. Survivors include his wife, Barbara Henderson of Grants Pass, Oregon; daughters, Linda Nescher of Grants Pass, Oregon and Nada Henderson of Burney, California; son, Mike Henderson of Burney, California; 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Donna Davis, 58.
