Barbara L. Turner, 77 of Williams, Oregon passed away on Thursday, March 27, 2014 at Asante Three Rivers Medical Center in Grants Pass. No services are planned. Barbara was born on December 16, 1936 in Hilo, Hawaii to Manuel and Dorothy Soares. She moved to Oregon in 2004 from California. Barbara proudly served in the U.S. Navy. She enjoyed spending time with her grandkids and well as reading and crafts. Survivors include daughter, Paula Knobloch; son, Ross Turner; three sisters; 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
