Adele Helen Matschke, 90 of Grants Pass died Tuesday, March 6, 2007 at her residence in Grants Pass. Funeral Services: Thursday, March 22, 2007 at 10:00 PM, Oakwood Memorial Park, Chatsworth, California Interment: Oakwood Memorial Park in Chatsworth, California Adele was born on March 13, 1916 to Otto & Helen Quist in Chicago, Illinois. She attended Lucy Flower High School in Chicago. In October of 1933 she married Carl Matschke who past away in June of 1956. She enjoyed quilting, sewing and knitting, volunteering, playing bingo & bunko, and spending time with family and friends. She was a member of River Valley Community Church. Survivors Include a son, Carl Matschke of Grants Pass; and two daughters, Joyce Brown of Bullhead City, Arizona and Ruth Johnson of Cordes Lakes, Arizona; 9 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 10 great great grandchildren
